4.Assembly and testing
Key components are assembled and tested according to our strict inspection procedure. Parts such as cold aggregate batcher, flat belt conveyor, inclined belt conveyor, drying drum, burner, screen,discharging gate of vibration compartment, hot mixture discharging gate, three scale gate (aggregate, filler, bitumen) and mixer are all tested before delivery. Mixing tower and filler system is assembled in factory to check geometry accuracy and interface connection accuracy.
5.Training program
After installation and debugging we implement a systematic training program for user's operator and maintenance personnel and provide two sets of user manual so that the customer could learn and grasp operation of the equipment rapidly.
